The project centred on migrating the retailer to Klaviyo and rebuilding their email setup so it could properly support growth. We connected Klaviyo with Magento 2 to unlock real-time behavioural data, giving the team stronger triggers for automations such as welcome flows, abandoned cart journeys and post-purchase campaigns.

Modular email templates made campaigns easier to build and scale across regions, while improved signup forms, preference centres and list hygiene helped clean up the database and improve targeting. Custom product data feeds also made emails more relevant, supporting stronger personalisation, better engagement and higher revenue from every send.
