The challenges confronting them

TM Interiors had strong products and growing demand, but their digital ecosystem wasn’t fully optimised to capture that opportunity. Search functionality limited product discovery, email marketing lacked advanced automation, and PPC performance had clear inefficiencies. They also needed to ensure cookie compliance. Overall, the challenge was creating a more connected, data-driven marketing setup that could convert traffic into measurable revenue.

Cookiebot was introduced to ensure privacy compliance, while Klevu enhanced onsite search and enabled browse abandonment campaigns. Klaviyo was deployed with high-impact automated flows, including a welcome series and abandoned cart journeys. Alongside this, we conducted detailed PPC and SEO audits to identify performance gaps and provide a clear roadmap for growth.

The technology behind the solution

To support a scalable marketing ecosystem, we implemented a combination of best-in-class tools. Cookiebot was used to manage consent and maintain privacy compliance. Klaviyo powered advanced email automation and customer segmentation, enabling personalised lifecycle campaigns. Klevu improved search functionality and enabled browse abandonment workflows. Together, these platforms created a stronger connection between onsite behaviour, customer data and revenue-generating marketing activity.

The results & future development

The improvements delivered immediate and measurable impact. Email automation generated £140,000 in welcome series revenue and £32,200 from abandoned cart flows within six months, while Klevu browse abandonment delivered £1,500 in its first three months. PPC performance also improved significantly, increasing ROAS from 277% to 635%, and reaching 1212% in June. SEO visibility grew substantially, creating a strong foundation for continued organic growth.
