Nemesis Now is one of the UK’s leading wholesalers of Gothic and Fantasy giftware, with a colossal and ever-expanding range of unique collectibles and licensed products which it supplies to retailers throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
Their range includes thousands of eclectic giftware items from many of the world’s finest fantasy artists, including exclusive licensed products from world famous shows like Game of Thrones and Iron Maiden.
When their existing website became tired and dated, our “superhero” team of expert designers and developers set to work crafting a new feature-rich B2B eCommerce store that would further establish the company as the leading alternative giftware wholesaler in the UK.

Propelling their online presence into the stratosphere
Working hand in hand with Nemesis Now allowed us to improve lots of key features of their current site. UX, design and improved code were all focus points for Aware.
When we started working with Nemesis now back in 2019, the company’s existing website looked tired and dated. Worse still, the cluttered layout and basic search functionality made it difficult to browse the extensive range, making it harder than necessary for B2B buyers to find the right products.
With such a diverse and extensive product portfolio, a key priority for the new website was to make it easier for retailers to browse the range, including buyers from both the UK and overseas. Our goal was to make sure the site delivers the best possible user experience, with intuitive navigation, powerful search functionality, and a transformed checkout and ordering process.

Advanced search filters and custom menu makes it a breeze for users to locate and find the products they are looking for.
Real-time stock updates, 360° product imagery and a new fast order upload function takes the shopping experience to a whole new level.
Meanwhile, Microsoft Dynamics NAV integration ensures simple and convenient order administration at all times. We also implemented custom registration forms and multisite integration as required by the client.
Features like real-time stock updates, recommended related products and prominent calls-to-action help to maximise conversions.
Another area of focus was the checkout process, which is now much more intuitive for reduced cart abandonment. Alternatively, users can create their order by uploading a CSV – making B2B purchasing faster than ever.

Nav integration at its core
Integrating with Microsoft Nav allowed Nemesis to have up to date product information.
Each product page contains comprehensive product information and specifications, including 360° images that make it easier for the user to appreciate the product they are looking at.
When it’s time to complete the purchase, the intuitive checkout process means the order can be placed in just a few moments. Alternatively, users can create an order by uploading a CSV file to the website.
