Support tickets are recorded in our ticketing system or through your Project Manager and are handled in priority order. You set the priority order, but our Magento support team will provide advice if they believe another case is more important.
We provide weekly calls, a monthly report, and a quarterly roadmap meeting to verify communication is on track and to provide extra face-to-face help.
