Our Magento Support service is flexible and designed to deliver the support you need, when you need it. Aware’s support operates on a retained basis (hours per month), which means that development resources are reserved only for your website. Want to build a larger project or need something more? We’re highly flexible if you need to take extra hours.
Support tickets are recorded in our ticketing system or through your Project Manager and are handled in priority order. You set the priority order, but our Magento support team will provide advice if they believe another case is more important.
We provide weekly calls, a monthly report, and a quarterly roadmap meeting to verify communication is on track and to provide extra face-to-face help. Your Account and Project Manager will contact you on a frequent basis in between weekly conversations. Ultimately, regular open communication is the key to long-term success.
